A home with a grand living, 3 bedrooms with attached toilets, double height dining, a lounge in the attic floor, all covered with wooden tiled roofs resulted out of the planning excercise.
The front verandah was centralized to create symmetry, a Goan styled rear verandah was added, and a tower created to hold the water tank.
